Candidate interview journey

1st stage Interview booked and set up for you, quick and hassle free

Before the interview a Prep email is sent to you with information about what to expect in the interview, information about the client and what they are looing for – we want you to be as prepared as possible!

Then we have a prep call to run through the prep email, provide any additional insights and answer any of your questions

After a positive interview, we will have a feedback call to make sure the role is right for you, discuss the client feedback next steps & what you want to see in a potential offer

This process of support by our consultants will be continued for each interview stage, until the process is over.

Candidate job acquisition & aftercare

Offer discussion: our consultant will discuss potential offers with you, in order to find the middle ground and be equipped to negotiate the best offer for you with the client

Offer presented to you by our consultant – congrats!

It doesn’t stop there, once you have signed the contract, we are there every step of the way until and after you join the team.

Our after care is second to none, but most importantly it is about what works for you, whether that is weekly or monthly check ins, relaying feedback to the client or just catching up, overall making sure you are happy and your onboarding is smooth, is our priority.

In case of rejection

It happens, sometimes roles are not right for you or your profile doesn’t fit the client, it is part of life.

We will also provide feedback in an email or a call as to why you are rejected so you can continue to improve.
